This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how More Day Devs ("we", "us") handles information relating to users of the application "Number Place Solver Master" (the "App").

Camera and Images

The App uses images that you capture or select to analyze puzzles. Core image analysis is performed on your device.

A limited portion of image data generated during analysis, together with related information, may be sent to cloud services used by us for recognition and quality improvement. We do not send the entire original image you captured or selected for this quality-improvement purpose.

2. Purposes of Use

• Providing, maintaining, and understanding use of the App
• Improving features, usability, recognition accuracy, and other aspects of quality
• Investigating defects, responding to failures, and improving stability
• Delivering and measuring advertising and preventing advertising fraud or abuse
• Preventing unauthorized access and protecting the security of the App
• Responding to inquiries
• Complying with applicable laws and platform rules

3. Service Providers and Disclosure

The App uses external services for analytics, diagnostics, advertising, cloud infrastructure, app distribution, and payment processing. These providers may process the categories of information described in this Policy to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Our principal external service providers currently include Google LLC and its affiliates. Distribution and purchase processing may also be handled by platforms such as Google Play and the App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive payment-card details that are processed directly by those platforms.

Except where required or permitted by law or otherwise described in this Policy, we do not provide user information to third parties for unrelated purposes. We do not sell user data.

4. International Processing

Our external service providers may process or store user information on servers located outside your country. Where this occurs, we handle such information in accordance with applicable law and the mechanisms provided by the relevant service providers.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, or for periods determined by the settings of services we use. We then delete, anonymize, or otherwise appropriately dispose of the information.

Data collected for quality improvement that is stored or transformed without a continuing link to information directly identifying a user, as well as aggregated statistics, may not be capable of being identified or deleted on an individual-user basis.
