These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the application "Number Place Solver Master" (the "App") provided by More Day Devs ("we", "us"). Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms.

1. Scope

• These Terms apply to the relationship between us and users in connection with use of the App.
• If the App is distributed through Google Play, the App Store, or another application distribution platform (a "Store"), the applicable Store terms also apply. For purchases, billing, refunds, and other matters handled by a Store, the Store terms prevail to the extent they differ from these Terms.

2. Use of the App

• We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
• The specific features, content, conditions of use, and other details of the App are as displayed in the App or on the relevant Store.
• We may add, change, or discontinue features or other aspects of the App for product improvement or other purposes.

3. Paid Services and Advertising

• Some features or content may be offered for a fee. The applicable content, price, duration, and other conditions will be shown in the App or on the relevant Store at the time of purchase.
• Purchases, billing, restoration of purchases, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable Store's terms and procedures. We do not receive payment-card details that are processed directly by the Store.
• The App may display advertising provided by third parties. Ad availability may vary depending on the advertising provider, network conditions, or other factors.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Violate applicable laws or public order and morals
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of us or any third party
• Gain unauthorized access to, impose an excessive load on, or otherwise interfere with the App or related systems
• Tamper with the App or obtain paid features or other entitlements by improper means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and its programs, designs, logos, text, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer those rights to users.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "AS IS". We do not warrant that it will meet a particular purpose, remain continuously available, be free from defects, or always produce accurate or complete results.
• Users should verify results provided by the App as appropriate before relying on them.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Where applicable law does not permit such limitation, that law will apply.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change all or part of the App, temporarily suspend it, or discontinue it when necessary. Where notice of a material change is required by applicable law or rules, we will provide notice by an appropriate method.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when necessary. The revised Terms will be published in the App, on our website, or by another appropriate method. Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or another procedure, we will follow that procedure.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
• Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
